• Spacious lounge area with access to balcony

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Clean, well-maintained bathroom

• Internal laundry facilities

Rent:

• $310/week (water included, Wifi and electricity charged separately)

• 2 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent upfront

• Long-term tenants preferred with min stay of 3 months

Location: Parramatta:

• 12-15 mins walk to Westfield and parramatta train station

• A large park nearby (4-5 mins walk); local grocery shops
