Looking for someone neat, responsible and chilled to take over this self contained unique space that has it's own private entrance. You will have access to your own bathroom too (but the laundry is shared). You will also have your own driveway parking spot in the heart of Parramatta.

The room features a Queen Bed with a strip heater on top. Installed is also a reverse cycle air conditioning unit to heat or cool the room. The room also features an electric blind (that can be put on a timer), a projector screen with a SONY sound system to complete the cinema setup and a wardrobes, a desk, she rock, a coffee table plus a two seater designer lounge. The flooring is also thought out, you enter the room on astro turf where shoes can be removed and the rest of the room is timber floors + there is carpet on the far side of the bed.

This space will suit someone who is happy to live amongst friendly housemates (from New Zealand, Central Coast and Argentina respectively) but still values their own space seperate to the rest of the house.
