There are two rooms available out of three, and you’re welcome to choose the one that suits you best after an in-person inspection. You will have your own private toilet. The house has two study areas. (The spare room will be an extra study/meditation room).

The apartment includes a balcony equipped with a BBQ, outdoor couch, and chairs, ideal for relaxed use. You will have unlimited internet, aircon use as i always prefer controlled weather, good gym in building, nice balcony green views and much more.
Parking is available for an additional $50 per week (negotiable).

I’m a 38-year-old male working in an executive role within the public sector. I work from the office on weekdays.
I live a quiet and respectful lifestyle — no parties, and no loud music. The apartment is intended as a calm, comfortable space for rest, light conversation, and respectful shared living. However i would love some fun and activities on weekends. (Balanced lifestyle welcome!)
Friends are welcome to visit occasionally, as with normal social arrangements; however, all guests are expected to leave by 7:00 pm.
Place would suit ideally for student. Can consider rental negotiation - no issues. Just reach out and connect.
