About the Loacation:
I have a room available with own washroom in a unit in Parramatta just outside Parramatta Station and opposite Westfield Parramatta. The house is at one of the prime locations in Parramatta and there is an Indian grocery store, Indian restaurant, cafe and a gym below the building. Event Cinemas is 5min away and so Is Woolworths and Coles. Harris Park is 7min walk.
About your Room:
The room is a single occupancy room with ensuite washroom for males only. Flexible in furniture, (at the moment there is a mattress shown in the picture, the office table can be arranged except the chair and fan). The living area and kitchen will be shared. Your room will have a beautiful sunset view but that also means, it tends to get hot during evenings, so recommend to buy a good industrial fan during summers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances like Microwave, air fryer, mixer, Oven and basic utensils and cutleries.

About the flatmates
You will be sharing house with a working couple in early 30’s. Mostly my partner will be home as I’ll be away for work and visit over weekend. So most of the time, you are sharing house with my partner who is a gym fanatic and respects personal space. He keeps things very tidy and clean and expect his housemate to do the same.
Overall, we are a chill couple but very much prefers a house mate who likes to keep things neat and clean and responsible enough to understand the importance of paying rent and bills on time. :)
