Available 31st January or earlier - my flat mate is planning to move end of this month but could be earlier depending on the new inhabitant preferred move in date !

The apartment has good energy — calm, tidy, and respectful. I work from home full time and generally keep to myself, so it’s ideal if you like your own space but still want a comfortable, friendly setup.

About the room:
You’ll have your own bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, and plenty of privacy. The current flatmate is moving out and will fully clean and clear the room to suit the new person. There’s currently a bed in the room, which can stay or go depending on what you need. Floor plan is attached—this listing is for the middle room, while my room is the master.

Washer and dryer included !
