Close to both Parramatta and Harris Park stations, shops, cafes, and parks

📅 Lease timing:
The room is available from 1 February until late April, as the lease renews at that time. If it’s a good fit, there may be the option to stay on longer once the new lease is in place.

🚫 Sorry, no pets and no smoking (indoors or on the balcony).
💰 Rent: $350/week
🌐 Internet: $72 per month, so $36 each
⚡ Electricity: Allow $15-20 a week
