Apartment:
The unit has a spacious living area with a balcony and a separate kitchen. There are no cooking restrictions, just an expectation that shared areas are kept clean. The apartment is quiet, tidy, and comfortable — a place that genuinely feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Fennell Street tram station, which is also just 3 minutes by tram to Parramatta Square. Also, a 5-minute drive to Parramatta.
Room:
The room is currently unfurnished, but a queen-size mattress and side table or study desk can be provided if needed. It also has a built-in wardrobe with a mirror, so there’s plenty of storage.
Rent:
It is negotiable, so feel free to message and request for the same. Currently, I am looking for 2 people to share a room/couple with the said amount. If it's just 1 person, it is $350 with bills and is not negotiable.
