Apartment:
The unit has a spacious living area with a balcony and a separate kitchen. There are no cooking restrictions, just an expectation that shared areas are kept clean. The apartment is quiet, tidy, and comfortable — a place that genuinely feels like home, not just somewhere to sleep. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Fennell Street tram station, which is also just 3 minutes by tram to Parramatta Square. Also, a 5-minute drive to Parramatta.
Room:
The room is currently unfurnished, but a queen-size mattress and side table or study desk can be provided if needed. It also has a built-in wardrobe with a mirror, so there’s plenty of storage.
Rent:
It is negotiable, so feel free to message and request for the same. Currently, I am looking for either 2 people to share a room/couple with the $220/week with bills or $200/week without bills, which is slightly negotiable. If it's just 1 person, it is $350 with bills(water and internet only, electricity is seperate as the use varies according to season, but is just dollars extra than the whole rent) and is not negotiable. There is a female, already living in the apartment and is happy to share the space with you!

Hi, I am a student and a working individual. I’m easy-going, respectful and enjoy keeping the home calm and comfortable. I value a clean and peaceful living space and believe good communication makes shared living easy. I am friendly and approachable, but also mindful of personal space and privacy, so everyone can feel at home and relaxed. The apartment is clean, quiet, and designed to feel like home rather than just a place to stay.
I’m looking for a considerate and responsible housemate who understands the importance of mutual respect, shared responsibilities and personal boundaries. This is a home where everyone can feel comfortable, enjoy their own space and coexist peacefully.
There are no restrictions on cooking or having friends over, but would appreciate the minimal use of having heaps of people over as it is a shared house and all of us might be working and exhausted.
