The place itself is really nice and cosy — very homely vibes. I’ve got plants around and everything’s already set up, so it feels warm and comfortable rather than just a house. It’s a relaxed space where you can properly unwind and feel at home.
The location is super convenient too. It’s just a short walk to Coles and other local grocery stores, with bus stops right in front of the building, and only a 4-minute walk to Fennell Street light rail — making getting around really easy.
I’m ideally looking for someone who’s more like a friend than just a housemate — easygoing, respectful, and chilled. If you’re someone who values a peaceful, comfortable home, we’ll probably get along really well 😊
