There are a few open parking spaces on the premises. The open space parking spots are communal however there's always a free space.

I am a friendly and easy going person and offer a clean and calm environment. I work from home 90% of the time, Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm.
I live on my own and I'm looking for 1 flatmate.
I like to go for walks by the river afer work and exercising. I love the beach, markets, stand up comedy and going out on adventures.
I like to cook on the outdoor BBQ and would be happy to make some food for both of us! :)
