A nice, cosy, quiet two-bedroom house in a relatively new housing estate with parking garage on the ground floor. No backyard but we do have a nice outdoor terrace to relax on during the warmer months or you can chill inside with the AC on if it suits. No pets, smokers or wild parties please as I do like to keep a clean house.

About the flatmates
Alex, 36 M, seeking a flatmate or couple for the master bedroom. I've been in Penrith for about 2 years, and in my spare time I like to go hiking especially in the Blue Mountains area. On the creative side of things, I like to attend live shows be it music or theatre. I also work for local government and with two jobs I'm out quite a bit, but always willing to sit down, share a cup of tea and have a friendly chat.
