ABOUT THE HOME
- Private bedroom with room for a queen size bed
- Built in wardrobes
- You will have the main bathroom as your private bathroom 90% of the time (only if we have guests over you will need to share)
- The room has a queen size bed in it which you are welcome to use or otherwise we can move it to the third bedroom for guests
- I have pretty much furnished the place with couch and TV, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, treadmill and more but if you have furniture of your own I have spare space to fit things in
- Small but sunny garden 🪴 (I can’t keep plants alive so welcome anyone with a green thumb!)
ABOUT THE LOCATION
- Very close to Penrith station, only a few minutes walk
- Also very close to the main street of Penrith and Westfield shopping centre
- Area has lots of parks and is nice for walking around
- Short drive to the river, “Pondi”, Nepean Hospital, WSU, Penrith Panthers and more
