Near the harbour and good public transport options to the city - bus or ferry. 10 minute walk up to Neutral Bay shops, 5 minute walk down to the ferry wharf. Milsons Point train station is a 15 minute walk.
The flat is in a quiet cul de sac with only a few neighbours.
Being near the harbour, it’s also close to some stunning walks, the zoo, and a number of secluded beaches.
The flat
It’s spacious, more like a small house, with a proper shower over bath, well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage. 3 bedrooms, all a decent size with good lighting and ventilation. Only one bathroom, but I am very quick in the shower.

The lease is up on 28 March so we have to be out by then. This room is only suitable for someone who needs a short term sublet. It’s available from 8 March.
