About the property

The apartment is bright and located in the heart of Petersham, just moments from cafes, shops and public transport. It has a retro, homely feel with good natural light and large practical shared living spaces. Despite being a couple blocks from Parramatta Road, the massive windows look out on to large gum trees and you feel like you're in the bush.

✨ Highlights: ✨
- Massive kitchen (can fit a table and chairs comfortably!) with a double sink and loads of bench space
- Generous bathroom with separate shower and bath with lots of storage
- Large separate laundry
- North facing and good sized veranda
- Both bedrooms located away from shared spaces
- New built in robes in both bedrooms
- Off street parking (I am currently using but we can discuss if you have a car!) as well as loads of on street untimed parking

Transport:
- 5 min walk to Petersham Station
- 12 min bus to University of Sydney
- 4 min walk to Paramatta Rd

About the flatmates

Hi, I'm Lauren! I just moved into this lovely spacious apartment and am excited to find a flatmate to make the place feel like home. I have been living interstate in Melbourne for the last 3 years and have just moved back to Sydney to start post-grad study at USYD. In my spare time I love going camping and hiking, op shopping, trying new food spots and the occasional boogie on a night out. I have been living in sharehouses and uni accomodation for the last 4 years so I am very well versed in respectful living standards. I enjoy hanging out and having a yap with my housemates but also like having time to reset/be independent. I have previously fostered cats here and there for work and I would be keen to restart this eventually. I'd love to create a homely, chilled environment, host some dinner parties and have a good time!
