My lovely housemate Angus is moving in with his partner so I'm looking for someone to fill his room!
The apartment is in Petersham, and is less than a 10 minute walk to both Petersham and Lewisham train station (my most intense powerwalk has done it in 6). It's two stories, and is full of light with plenty of windows around. The main living space (including air conditioning!), an extra toilet and balcony are upstairs. The bedrooms are downstairs, including your room and attached ensuite. There's also another outside area downstairs which has a clothesline to dry your laundry, plus plenty of free street parking around.

I love climbing in my spare time, and am a fiend for NYT puzzles and Saturday Quizzes. I've been living in sharehouses for several years and promise that I'm house trained!
I'm looking for someone that's respectful and wants to contribute to making this place a home!. I'm always keen to have a chat, but also understand if you'd prefer your own space It's also a big plus if you're willing to sign onto the lease.
