About the flatmates
We are a regular, easy going family looking to rent out a spare room to a young female, student or employed person. We have 2 house cats which remain indoors.
Use of kitchen and laundry is included as well as internet and bills, and use of a large swimming pool. There is also a separate brand new fridge for your use.
Close to M5 and M7. 100 metres from bus stop and walking distance to MacDonalds, hungry jacks, shops and parks.
