Hi everyone, I’m currently living in an apartment (86m²) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 garage (I don’t drive, so the garage is unused) on Victoria Road, Punchbowl NSW 2196. I have one room available to share with a male housemate. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy.
$250 per week. Bills are not included.

The apartment is close to a bus stop (5 minutes walk).

It takes 17 minutes by bus to get to Bankstown train station

10 minutes to Riverwood station

And 10 minutes to Punchbowl station

The area is very quiet, and the neighbours are friendly and easy-going.
