Hi there, we are just off Avoca St that runs past the Randwick shops and UNSW, we are looking for someone to share the rent with us, we have a small nice space with a double bed and a bit of outside space with some spinach growing, to share. Place is close to UNSW and the beach :) you can walk up the street to shops and uni :) Sydney city centre 22mins. Rent is between 430 a week electricity, washer and dryer and wifi included:) we are busy so we can only have one viewing time sorry!
