I'm Ryan, I live out the back of the property in a studio, and look after the building for the owner. It has three separate units and the studio. It's a beautiful place to live!
You’ll be living with a Zaya from Mongolia working full time at the hospital, Lil Jon is an Aussie dude from central coast, videographer / editor, and smiley Jessenia from Peru studying and working full time between a few jobs.
Seeking someone ideally late twenties to late thirties who is chill, down for a laugh and a couple of bevvies, and contributes to making the place feel like a loving home :-) It's important that you want to live with a few other people in a share house as a lifestyle choice, not because it's all you could find 🤗
Clean place with a roster where everyone does their part, talking about cleaning just increases the amount of boredom in the universe so need someone who always cleans up after themselves ❤️
Bills are included, only exception being for winter electricity, where it is included up to 150 per person, then divided after that, just to keep people accountable for heater usage :-)
