The living room is completely spacious, bright, comfortable and has an old fireplace. You can also enjoy an extra room to study or work. This extra room is a small office, with lots of light, perfect for the moments in which you need to work, study maybe do some yoga or just relax.
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There are also drawers and storage space so you can store your things in the bathroom.
The apartment has a laundry area that is shared with the rest of the neighbors. You will have access to a washing machine and dryer.
The room for rent is for private use, it has a fairly spacious wardrobe with built-in mirrors, it has natural light and the bathroom next door for easy access.

Regarding the neighborhood: you will live in the heart of Randwich just 1 minute from the main buses that take you to the city and the rest of Sydney. You'll also be just a 20-minute walk from Cogee Beach. Just 5 minutes from Coles, Woolworths and Harris Farm, as well as Randwick shopping center and cafes.
