Leafy, antique-filled hideaway in a forested valley, walking distance from the beach. My home is a beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious space with a gorgeous leafy outlook, overlooking a forested valley, all in the heart of Randwick. You won’t find a better place to call home.

My home is gorgeous: it has newly renovated bathrooms and has been beautifully refurnished with a mix of late 19th/early 20th C antiques and modern pieces so you can enjoy the highest standard of living. This is not your typical share house - it is a luxurious, relaxing, newly renovated and decorated home. If you want to share a tranquil, quiet home with a house-proud, cool professional woman - this is the home for you!

This is a female only household and I am looking for only one female flatmate for the room (no couples, sorry). Must be a working professional who ideally works outside of the home. Must be clean and tidy and take pride in keeping a clean and calm home and respect house rules.

On offer is the second bedroom (3.6 x 2.7m) that has a leafy green outlook and built in mirrored wardrobe. The room is unfurnished but can come furnished with a queen bed if desired. Electricity, gas and internet are not included in the rent. They come to approximately $55 per week (shared) based on the most recent bills.

This apartment is not like others in Randwick. It is one of very few nestled in a unique, quiet and forested valley, which the huge lounge room and patio overlook. It has a huge and beautiful living space filled with antiques and even has a reading nook!

You get plenty of privacy in the bedroom and the living room as there are trees on either side of the apartment, rather than other apartment blocks. You will wake up to bird song every morning and there are lots of birds that visit for a feed (see photos! 😄). There is none of the high density living feel. The lounge room is very large at 36m and the balcony is also enormous at 18m, both with a view of the beautiful valley. You can enjoy morning yoga on the balcony and it’s great for entertaining, with a retractable sun shade.

The bathrooms (I.e. separate bathroom and toilet as shown) were freshly renovated to a high standard in late 2023. The place also had a paint refresh. Most of the furniture is almost new and the place is decorated with antique furniture and objects that I have collected over the years. I love to buy new designer furniture and antiques for the home 😄. Not just a share house: a tasteful and character-filled home and a lifestyle choice.

- electricity, gas and wifi are not included in the rent. Based on my most recent winter bill, it will be approx. $55 per week (shared) on top of rent to cover the bills.

The location:
- a bus stop to the city or to Bondi Junction within 5 mins walk
- The light rail to the city is about 12 mins walk
- Randwick Junction shopping centre with Harris Farm, Woolworths, Coles, gyms and other amenities is 10 mins walk
- Clovelly and Coogee beaches are about a 25min walk so it’s perfect for summer
- Queens Park and Centennial Park, two of the largest and most beautiful parks in Sydney are less than 10 mins walk
