I’m moving out to live with my partner so am looking to fill a room in our place just off the Randwick end of Clovelly Rd!
The room comes with a built in wardrobe, and the option to purchase the double bed that’s in the room already. Room is opposite the main bathroom on the floor plan photo, and the house is basically fully furnished.
Personally I think this is the best location in Sydney 🤝 We're a few mins walk to Queen's park and a couple more to Centennial. 25 min walk to Coogee/Clovelly/Bronte/Gordon's, Bondi Junction or the Spot. Bus stops at either end of the street and go into the city in 20 mins or to bondi junction/UNSW in 10 mins. We’re also just around the corner from Frenchman’s road cafes and pubs.
Ideally looking for a housemate who wants to stay long term and willing to go on the lease.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with:
Sinead (30) and Vicki (29), two Irish girls who work in teaching and occupational therapy.
Both girls are pretty busy during the week with work/gym etc, so appreciate a quiet and chill house during the week, and are out and about on weekends at the beach, seeing friends etc.
This is definitely more an early to bed/early to rise flat - pre drinks but not kick ons vibes. Looking for someone similar age, similar lifestyle, clean, share house trained etc.
