Quiet and tranquil 2 bedroom apartment with an outdoor balcony (perfect for relaxing outside and summer BBQ's) in great location in Randwick (not far from Bondi Junction - a major transport and shopping hub), in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what people prefer. Location of the apt is only 5-10 mins to popular beaches, coffee shops and eateries right next door, University of NSW and a major shopping hub (Westfields) in Bondi Junction. Only 10 mins to the City. Share with just ONE other person only - clean, easygoing, quiet and respectful (straight) male. Laundry in separate, secure area of the apt building with PLENTY OF STORAGE AREA for all tenants. PLEASE NOTE - apologies for the cluttered look of the living/dining room areas. I've just moved in not long ago as you can see from the photos re boxes, bits and pieces in the L-shaped living/dining room area. I intend organise things once I'm settled and have the apartment looking homely and presentable as soon as I feasibly can. However, in the meantime my priority is to rent the 2nd room available for those who might be interested as soon as possible. Basically, providing you're the right fit and interested - it will be a case of first in best dressed.

Easygoing professional guy seeking a clean reliable person to share a great two bedroom apt with outdoor balcony in Randwick located (literally) 5 minutes to Bondi Junction (a major shopping and transport hub in the eastern suburbs), Clovelly and Sydney's famous beaches along our wonderful coastline. I'm a sociable, fit and healthy person happy to share a meal and banter however, at the same time, highly respectful of individual privacy for all occupants. I'm looking for an easy going, responsible person who would treat the apartment like their own home and who is generally positive in life and respectful of others whom they live with.
