Private room with shared bathroom
About the property
HI, our beach flat is right by the water, tiny but very comfy and on the 339 bus route to the city. I'm a uni researcher and our italian student is shortly moving away into one of those postings with studies. Our flat is two streets from the sea, it has a small kitchen, tiny tv and dining table, plus a bed at each end of the flat with a tall bookcase between us as a room divider! Outside the flat we have a sunny corner for vegetables, or just vegging. There is fairly quick access from here to UNSW and city buses and light rail. Most of the offices our flat sharers have worked in over the years are on the same bus route as us!
Though we are in a quiet spot, we have friendly neighbours, a coffee grinder,a superb shower and we are surprisingly close to the beach and buses.
Commuting to work by bus to the city or at bondi is fairly easy from here, and to go for a swim is really easy.. just walk around the corner!
If there are two of you and you want to share, our family lives nearby and one of them builds ikea furniture, so we might be able to get you two bunk beds if you wanted to stay short term :)
