I’m looking for the right person to join me in my Randwick apartment - someone who values a peaceful, respectful home and is open to shared living done thoughtfully.
The apartment is located in the heart of Randwick, close to local shops and public transport, with easy access to the CBD and surrounding Eastern Suburbs.
The apartment itself is spacious, light-filled and fully furnished, with generous shared living and dining areas, a modern kitchen and a balcony that bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day. It’s a well-kept home that feels easy and comfortable to live in.
The room available is a private, furnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and good natural light. You’ll have your own space, while sharing the communal areas of the apartment. The main bathroom is shared, and there is also a shared storage cage available.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me only. My boyfriend visits frequently and I also visit his home often. I live a routine-based lifestyle and value a calm, respectful home environment. I'm looking for someone friendly and easygoing, while also respectful of personal space, downtime and a settled home.
