About the property
My apartment is in a fantastic location in the heart of Randwick and close to everything you need. Coogee Beach is 25 min walk away and Royal Randwick Shopping Centre about 10 min walk away, with multiple public transport options to Coogee, Bondi and CBD all nearby. It is on leafy and quiet street away from traffic.
The apartment is spacious and already furnished with sofa, TV, Kitchen appliances, Coffee Machine, air fryer, oven and more. There is a balcony and the apartment gets plenty of natural daylight/sunlight every day.
The room itself is a spacious and private double room with direct access to the balcony on the side door. The room is already furnished with a double bed and there are large wardrobes already built in. You will only be sharing the apartment with me, so there will only be 2 of us and you will have the room completely to yourself.
The rent is $600 per week not including bills. Bond is $1,800 (3 weeks rent).
