About the property
You’ll love living here where there’s a nice view of the ocean as well a great spot on the balcony to chill with a glass of wine and wind down. It’s a location that’s at close proximity to all the necessary places - especially if you’re visiting Sydney. There’s easy access to public transport that takes you to all the favourite spots - Clovelly Beach (3min drive), Coogee (5min drive) and Bondi Junction (3min drive and bus stop 2min away). Bronte Beach is about a 10min drive. There’s a bus stop that also takes you to the city 20min. A cafe next door with the best meals and a pizza place too. A quick walk to the shops and the famous pub - the DOG. Close to Royal Randwick Shopping where there’s a bunch of restaurants and shops to cruise through.
