The apartment is set in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery, making it feel calm and tucked away while still being well connected. It’s a bright, spacious two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, utility room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The living area is generously sized and opens out to a balcony, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air. The building also has a pool, which is ideal on a hot day.
Public transport is incredibly convenient, with the 313 stopping right outside and the 339 and 374 just a short walk away. The location is also a huge plus within easy walking distance to Clovelly, Coogee, and Randwick.
The bedroom furniture is available at an additional cost of $500, which includes a double bed, mattress, and bedside locker.
It truly is a great apartment, and I’m genuinely heartbroken to be leaving it. I hope to find someone who will love and look after it as much as I have.

I’m moving back home and we’re looking for the ideal housemate to join our lovely apartment, which we’ve happily called home for the past 14 months. The place is comfortable, well-lived-in, and has a really easygoing vibe. We’re looking for someone who’s settled in Sydney and ideally keen to stay long-term someone who wants a home, not just a room. The ideal fit is relaxed, respectful, and social in a low-key way: happy to enjoy the odd chat in the kitchen or share a glass of wine, but also comfortable doing their own thing.
Shauna who you will be sharing with is 29 years old from Ireland and works as a mental health nurse. She does spend 2/3 nights a week at her partners house.
