About the flatmates
I’ve got a lovely, peaceful apartment looking onto Kynaston Park and seeking one flatmate to share. It’s bright, super quiet, and has a really calm, relaxed feel — perfect if you’re after a comfortable home base rather than a party house.
Your room is sunny with a queen bed, great storage/floor to ceiling built in wardrobe, and a beautiful view over the park. The apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom (both near new), internal laundry, and a north-facing balcony that gets heaps of natural sun & light. There’s also a small storage spot for a few extra things. The room can come furnished or unfurnished — up to you!
We’re in a great location — only about 200 metres to the light rail stop, just around the corner from Belmore Road shops, and a quick bus or Lime ride to Coogee or Clovelly Beach. Everything you need is super close by.
About me: I do quite a bit of sport & work long hours, like to keep things clean and simple, and appreciate a peaceful space to unwind. I’d love to find someone similar — a friendly, considerate professional who enjoys a quiet and tidy home. Prefer a longer stay, but open to shorter if it suits us both.
