About the property
We have one room to rent in an awesome share house in Randwick. The room is a good sized bedroom which will fit a queen bed, desk, drawers etc, and will be available 4th June.
The house is very spacious, 2-storey free standing. 4 bed, 3 bath, garden and patio. There's storage under the house and in garage and, plenty of free on-street parking.
There is a decent size back yard and good sized patio space for entertaining.
Living and kitchen areas are separate to the bedroom area.
Two large living areas, 1 is huuuuuuuuuuuuge!!!!!. Plus a kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher.
The house has WiFi and is foxtel-ready but it's not connected right now.
The main bathroom has shower AND bathtub, that is shared between 3. There is also a separate toilet on the other level.
You don't need to bring anything except a bed, and if you have furniture there is enough space in the living areas or storage areas for more.
The house is big enough that you don't run in to people all the time. There is a lot of freedom to do your own thing.
We are close to UNSW and Randwick hospital.
Drive times are 15- 20 min to city. 3-5 min to central Randwick, Coogee beach. 10 min to Maroubra beach.
On street parking is always available.
15 min walk to Coogee beach, 10-15 min walk to central Randwick and the Spot.
Public transport is right across the road
We're looking someone in their 20s to 40s who is similar. Someone considerate who can cleans up after themselves, is easy going and can have a chat.

About the flatmates
The house is to share with 3 guys in their 20s and 30s. Aussie, Chilean and Italian (All in in Aus for years). We’re all working professionals and get along great.
We're all pretty healthy living, tidy, down to earth, respectful of others space, good sense of humour, easy going.
We love a good chat and a laugh, it’s not a party house but is social.
As housemates go we are considerate, kind and fairly normal people. The house is more of a place to chill out and unwind but we do occasionally have people over for dinner or drinks.
Our interests combined include; health and fitness, cooking, training, music, reading, movies, traveling, swimming, running, heading to the beach, gardening, motorbike riding!!...lots of other things too ...just so you get the general idea🙂.
