There are two outdoor living spaces (a balcony and a courtyard) equipped with outdoor lounge settings and a bbq on both and also a resort style pool in the complex. The light rail is just a 4 minute walk away so easy access to the city. Clovely and Coogee beach just a ten minute drive away and the centennial park gates are just a 1km walk away, location is so central to everything! The kitchen is fully equipped including a nespresso machine and a dishwasher. Laudry has a washer and dryer. There is one full bathroom with a bath tub and seperate shower and there is a seperate wash room with a toilet and vanity.
Living/dinning room has a separate dining table and has the most comfortable lounge you have ever laid on ☁️ Netflix and Disney subscriptions included 📺
