Large 4-bedroom home, fully furnished, equipped with a pool table, fire place, 2 living areas, large kitchen and large backyard balcony space, perfect for a solo brunch or gathering during the weekend or some outdoor yoga amongst the large amounts of plants we have in the garden.

There’s also a little Zen garden in the backyard to relax in.

We’ve got a large fridge and pantry for all ur meal prepping needs and multiple pots and pans to use if you don’t have any!

The property is also a 5 min bus ride to and from Revesby station (bus stop is right outside the house) or a 15 min walk.
30 min direct train ride to Central CBD + 30 min direct train line to Western Sydney suburbs (Campbelltown, etc).

Theres lots of parking space in the front yard and also room for motorbikes in the back.

There are 2 bedrooms available!

Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed, desk, lamp and a large built in mirrored wardrobe

Bedroom 2: queen bed, wooden wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside table + lamp.

Bond is flexible too if you aren’t able to pay the full 4 weeks up front!

The window in both rooms look directly out to the front yard/road. We are situated on a Main Street so it can get quite noisy sometimes with all the cars driving past so if you’re not bothered by that then this will be the perfect place for you!

If the furniture is not to your liking or you have your own furniture you want to use, just let me know and I can organise your room to be cleaned out before you move in!

The house is also wheelchair accessible through the back door, the interior is completely flat and bathrooms are equipped with support handles.

Unfortunately due to the fact that the bathrooms are shared, we wont be accepting couples so as to not overcrowd the living space.
