About the property

*FEMALE ONLY* Room is available after 20/2

Your own private room for rent, with a spacious double bed so you can have a good night sleep! 😉 Your own AC to keep you cool during the hot summer or warm for the upcoming winter.

The house is 5m walk from Riverwood station (it’s same line as the Airport line so you know it has less trackwork then other lines, and it has express trains to Central as well). 5m walk from Woollies, Aldi, plenty of asian markets, restaurants and cafes.

You’ll be sharing the house with only me and my doggie, I work full time. Shared bathroom. I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, no smoking.

The last picture is my doggie, he’s very friendly, doesn’t bark, very quiet, he just licks a lot 😂 so if you like dogs or doesn’t mind dogs, this is the perfect place for you!

The rent is $290 including all bills, 2 weeks bond and minimum 3 months stay. I’m looking for a long term tenant. Send me a text if you have any questions 😊

My old housemate lived with me for 2 years and unfortunately is leaving for uni for regional. The pictures are 2 years old so the layout of the room is a bit different + there is a new study desk that’s not in the picture.

About the flatmates

Hi there!

I’m 25 years old female working full time. I’m tidy, clean, chill, easy going. My doggie is turning 3, he’s very silly boy, but also very quiet, doesn’t bark, doesn’t cry, he sleeps all day when I’m at work, he just likes to lick you when he first get to know you, once he’s used to you he’ll be very chill and likes his own space as well
