This is a lovely, modern apartment with not one but 2 spacious balconies, and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a laundry room in the apartment, with an additional toilet. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, including a washer-dryer, fridge. There is an induction hob and dishwasher as well.

There is also a garage to store additional items (i.e. there is lots of space!)

Wifi is NBN, and you are welcome to use my streaming services on the TV.

The location is fantastic - it is within walking distance to both Bondi Beach and Rose Bay Wharf, with the nearest Woolies and Chemist Warehouse within a 5 min walk. The bus stop is just a 2 min walk down the street running along Old South Head Road. Bondi Beach and its shops are within walking distance.

The neighbours are amazing and lovely, not a party block.

The room is the second bedroom, furnished with a double bed, side tables, shelving, and includes a built-in mirrored wardrobe. if you would prefer to bring your own furniture that can be arranged as well.
