About the property
We are located just by the water in Rosebay, with a bus stop at the end of the road and the train station a few stops away. Bondi Beach is a 10 minute bus ride, Bondi junction is 15 minutes away, so ideal for last minute beach trips. If needed you can get the 12 minute ferry to circular quay!
All of us enjoy watching movies, eating out and a fun night out! We have our big TV where we have our movie nights and if we get hungry, we go to the Italian or Indian at the end of the street. There is the local grocery shop, pharmacy and newsagents around the street, with the Woolworths just a 10 minute walk away.
We have a state of the art kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. We also have a washer dryer machine, so laundry is never an issue.
The cozy room is available and furnished for a short term stay (6-8 weeks), and we are looking for a friendly fun girl to take it!

Hi there, I'm Emily, an Irish girl living with my two awesome housemates (one Aussie and one Kiwi) in our vibrant flat. We're all in our early twenties, and we're looking for someone to take my room while I head home!
We are all new enough to Sydney and are open to any activities and getting to know people. Going to the beach is what we do since we’re located just by the water.
On our days off we chill together by watching movies and catch up after our busy 9-5 jobs. All of us are hard workers but we work for the weekend and fun nights out!
