Rose Bay, Sydney

Hey everyone, I’m Franco and I have a room available in my 2 bedroom apartment in Rose Bay, which I share with my best friend Noah (my dog). The room will be available around 24–25 February (in approximately one month).​

$490 plus bills. Why plus bills? 💰
It works best for both sides, as the main priority for most people is to save money, so we become more mindful of electricity use (there is no gas in the apartment).​

About the location 🏠:
I really love this area, and I’m sure you will too. It’s right by the golf course on O'Sullivan Road in Rose Bay. What makes it awesome is that if you want to go somewhere buzzing like Bondi Beach, you can walk about 20 minutes along O'Sullivan Road (see attached photo) and enjoy how beautiful the street is, but if you want to get away from the noise and have a peaceful day, you can simply stay around Rose Bay.​

There’s tons of sunlight, it’s beautiful at sunrise, perfect for starting the day with a coffee, tea, chamomile, or mate and enjoying it on the balcony. There is also a shared pool in the building if you feel like jumping in the water before starting work.

I really feel you need to come around and see the apartment for yourself, and share some love with Noah too 🐕. He likes to be the topic of conversation.

The apartment has everything you need, including a BBQ in case you feel like a nice steak or roasted veggies. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a bed that my flatmate is happy to sell if you don’t have one.
