About the property
The property is very similar to a beach house.
The room advertised is in the back of the house down the hall past my room. It received a lot of fresh air and natural light, with built in: blinds, hanging, desk etc.
The house in general is kept very minimal and has all the basic creature comforts I.e. cooking utensils, spices, books, a flat screen tv, and comfortable shared living furniture.
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, and the hanging shower gets good water pressure and stays hot year round.
The home is very cosy and receives a lot of fresh air from the Tasman sea and natural light from the East and North.
I’m looking for a friendly, tidy working professional, traveller or student to take over the room. Someone that really appreciates beachside living.

I’m training to be a psychologist, and also hold a research masters from Sydney Uni. I’m quite academically focused and so I spend a great deal of time in my study working.
