Heaps of on street parking. 2 min walk to train station, 10 minute drive to the beach. Heating and cooling . Bathroom with bath and heaps of cupboard space. I work full time Monday - Friday. Im pretty active, Spend a lot of time working, training, at the beach, going on walks and Socialising. It’s Not a party house. I don’t mind the odd girls dinner or couple of wines here and there. But also like my own space and very much just routine Monday - Friday. Im very easy going and respectful. Also clean and love keeping the place feeling homely. Netflix, Stan, disney, Foxtel and Amazon included (essential).

Looking for someone easy going and tidy to take the spare room. It’s a huge room with built in robes. I work full time am very active and spend my free time usually at the beach or on walks or cooking. I am always coming and going.
