About the place:
This home is centrally located to everything; airport, city, universities, Green Square train station, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pubs, fashion stores, gyms, doctors etc.
There's a large lap pool here as well.
The car space is temporarily available until I get a new car (could be a while).
Generously sized, split level apartment. The bedrooms are on two separate levels, allowing for more personal space.
The bedroom is partly furnished, it has a built-in wardrobe, a desk and chair. You are welcome to buy the bed that's in it from my current flatmate as she doesn't need it anymore and is selling it or bring your own bed.
There are two bathrooms, so the room comes with its own bathroom.
The lounge is a good size and has a balcony. The kitchen is spacious with brand new quality appliances.
All rooms have day and blockout curtains and large windows. The place is remarkably quiet for an Inner City apartment.
Electricity, gas and WI-FI need to be paid additionally.
Rent is negotiable for the right person - I am essentially looking for someone who is kind to my cats and would look after them when I am away for any period of time.
