About the flatmates
Hi! I'm a friendly and quiet woman 40+, working full-time and seeing friends on weekends. I like to cycle, cook and have a chat. Generally I like to be out and about and relaxing in the evenings. I don't smoke and looking to share with non-smokers (and non vapers). I work a couple of days at home so would prefer to live with people who work out of home, so we aren't trying to have meetings in the same space.
The two bedrooms available have a shared bathroom, and all bedrooms open to huge balconies. Room furnished or unfurnished - your choice.
Ideally, you work full time, are friendly and like your own space, with the occasional shared meal. The apartment is in a new-ish complex with a pool, gym and sauna. It is across the road from a park and a Woolworths supermarket. There are a number of buses which run nearby and its a 21 min walk to Green Square station.
There is a storage cage and bike racks in the parking area, even a car space which would be an extra $50/week. If you'd like to know more, please DM me.
