Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bathtub. Gas, Electricity, Water and Internet all split 3 ways.

LOCATION:
We have an IGA and Woolies Metro in short walking distance from the house. An abundance of damn good coffee shops and parks to roam around. 5 minute walk to the Cannery which is the hot spot for Messina Icecream, Fishbowl, Zeus Greek Street food and much much more. 10-15minute walk to Green square station which is one stop away from Central. Plenty of buses 5 minute walk away that take you in all directions. 10 minute Uber to downtown Newtown for that Boogie you've craving all week💃Also only a 10-15 minute drive to beaches (Coogee/Maroubra)

We're both super social gals and need someone who will slot right in and not be afraid of some loud laughs and banter. Our aim is to keep this place joyful and feeling like a family home so that requires contribution to the household, acknowledging and respecting one another and communicating peacefully.
