About the property

This is a fully set-up, lived-in home, not a typical flat share. Everything is provided and all bills are included, making it excellent value and genuinely move-in ready. The house is furnished with good-quality items throughout — all you really need to bring is your personal belongings.

You’ll have access to a second living area/study, a large bathroom to share, plus a balcony and courtyard. There’s also a karaoke machine, shared subscriptions, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware provided. Your room will include basic bedding as a welcome gift to help you settle in comfortably.

The vibe is relaxed and calm. We all run on different schedules, so some weeks we barely cross paths, but it’s always an easy-going, supportive place to come home to.

The location is super convenient — a 2-minute walk to a bus stop and a future metro station, Woolworths is a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk, and both Granville Station and Harris Park Station are about 15 minutes on foot.

About the flatmates

We’re three women who’ve lived together for over three years and genuinely get along really well. The house is drama-free and built on open communication, mutual respect, and looking out for each other when needed — always without pressure.

We’re easy-going, wholesome, and love a good laugh. When our schedules line up, we enjoy sharing baked goods, the occasional dinner, or a relaxed catch-up, and it’s always a nice time. That said, we’re all very independent and often on different schedules, so it’s completely normal not to see each other for days.

We also share the home with a few friendly, well-loved pets who are very much part of the household, so being comfortable around animals is important.

It’s a warm, supportive home with a great balance of personal space and connection, and we’re hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy and respect that same vibe.
