About the Apartment & Flatmates:

This brand-new luxury apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood with trendy cafes, restaurants, parks, and shopping centers all within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other flatmates:

• One Indian flatmate, an accountant and a nice guy
• Me, a 37-year-old Korean working full-time. I stay in the living room and usually spend weekends outside.

We’re looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible flatmate—preferably a full-time student or young professional.

Rent & Bills:

• $400per week
• Bond: 2 weeks’ rent + 2 weeks’ rent in advance (Key bond: $100 separate)
• Bills included: Water, gas, and internet
• Electricity is split among three people every month

Other Details:

• No parties, no pets, no smoking, no sleepovers
• Blinds can be controlled by remote
• Happy to occasionally share delicious Korean food!
