Outside, there’s a fenced backyard with a small grassed area, an outdoor clothesline, and a shared back patio with BBQ and outdoor lounge, perfect for relaxed evenings. There’s also one bay available in the two-bay garage.

Hi, I’m Rach! I’m 27 and work full-time in finance, heading into the city three days a week and working from home the other two. I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate to share my lovely, furnished home, as my current housemate (a close friend) will be moving back to QLD when our lease ends in late January 2026.
I’m neat and respectful of shared spaces, and enjoy a good balance of social time and personal downtime. I love a chat over coffee or a wine and the occasional Netflix night on the couch, but I also appreciate some quiet TikTok-in-bed time after a long week.
I’m very pet-friendly and have previously lived with both dogs and cats, so I’m open to a furry friend as long as they’re friendly and well-behaved.
