THE APARTMENT:
the apartment is two stories, your bedroom is upstairs and is currently unfurnished. it has an inbuilt 2 panel wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. upstairs also has the lounge room, kitchen, laundry, and a balcony. you will have a small “in between” loft space between your bedroom and the rest of the apartment upstairs which can be used however you like. a bathroom which you will mostly have to yourself, but visitors will use occasionally as it is the only bathroom in the main living area of the apartment. there is only one car space in the garage, so if you drive, you will need to park on the street but there are typically plenty of spaces available. amenities include a gym, tennis and basketball courts, a pool, a community hall and a beautiful little café a short 2 minute flat walk around the corner.

WHATS AROUND:
rouse hill town centre is about a 10 minute flat walk or a 3 minute drive and has most shops you’d need! the metro is right next to town centre and it’s about 50 minutes to the CBD. there is also a T-Way bus stop less than a 2 minute walk from the apartment with buses connecting to other locations and train stations.
