About the property

We live in a beautiful two-storey house that has five bedrooms and three bathrooms (one being an en-suite). The property is a 20min walk to Tallawong metro station and an approximate 8 minute drive to Rouse Hill Town Centre. It is also an 8min walk to the nearest bus stop that can take you to either Rouse Hill Town Centre or to Tallawong station (on the way to Riverstone train station).

The Rouse Hill Regional Park is only a two-minute walk from the house, which offers unparalleled natural sights, especially during sunrises and sunsets. The park is also a great place to go for runs (speaking from personal experience!).

Apart from your room, the house is furnished, including a living room couch, TV, soundbar, projector, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. However, my housemates are more than approachable if you would like to discuss bringing your own furniture in.

The house itself is quite soundproof when all of the windows and doors are shut. For example, our road is situated right next to a Prep-Year 12 school, but I barely hear the peak hour traffic when I am working from home. Although I will say that the neighbours can hear you sing if they are out front (as I have been told from personal experience haha).

In summary, the house itself is quite special, not only because of where it is situated, but because of the quality it encompasses. It truly has been wonderful living in this house.

About the flatmates

Hey everyone! My name is Sailoto and I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease for the remainder of the signed tenancy agreement (ending mid-August).

As a little intro into what could be your new home, here's some fun facts about my housemates and I:
- we have all been living together in this house for nearly 1.5 years (but I've been living with one of the housemates for nearly 3 years oh my goodness)
- we are all faithful followers of Jesus! We cherish our faith profoundly, and so I am hoping to find someone who is also on their walk with Christ, or who appreciates the free discussion of faith in the household, to take over my lease
- we all met because of our mutual love for dance! We are biggg on supporting one another's creativity, which has led to some pretty cool milestones. Some examples include: starting a business in teaching wedding dances, creating concept videos, designing clothes, and more. So, if you have a passion for the arts, or are thinking about pursuing a craft, just know that my housemates will be your number one fans from the get go
- in saying this, we live such contrasting lives because we work in pretty serious fields XD. I work in federal case management for taxes, one housemate works in IT project management, and the other is a nurse
- one of my housemates is a massive gamer! Literally can talk to you about gaming for daysss
- my two housemates are in their early 30's (with me turning 30 this year nooooo)
- we are all people of colour (you've got two Pasifika, including myself, and one Filipino)
