I am a working professional with three furnished bedrooms available for rent in a large, well-maintained home. This is an ideal living situation for students at Macquarie University or professionals working in Norwest Business Park who value a quiet and respectful environment.

RENT AND INCLUSIONS: The rent is $250 per week and includes unlimited high-speed internet as well as reasonable use of water, electricity, and gas. Long-term stays are preferred, but I am happy to consider short-term arrangements as well.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT: The house is situated in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac with ample on-street parking available. It is a 5-minute drive to Rouse Hill Town Centre and 9 minutes to Tallawong Metro Station. For those using public transport, the house is close to bus stops on Withers Road and Mile End Road. The total commute to Macquarie University is approximately 40 minutes and only 20 minutes to Norwest Business Park.

THE HOUSE AND ROOMS: Each room is carpeted and fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe. The home is very spacious, featuring two living areas downstairs, a formal dining room, a separate meal area, an alfresco space, and two rumpus rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs).

FACILITIES: You will have full access to a kitchen with gas cooking, an oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances like a kettle and toaster. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and ironing board.

HOUSE RULES AND PREFERENCES: I am looking for female tenants who are honest, trustworthy, and tidy. To ensure a quiet and supportive living style for everyone, there is no smoking, no parties, and no overnight visitors allowed.
