Hi all!
My housemate is moving out and I'm looking for a new housemate. You'd just be sharing the place with me.
The place has a spacious lounge and balcony. It also has air-conditioning and laundry (washing machine and dryer). Like to keep a clean and comfy environment!
You'd have a double room with a built in wardrobe. The room has a lock.
You also have the main bathroom mostly to yourself as I have an ensuite.
It's on the border of Ryde and Meadowbank so it's convenient and walkable to all things: water views, bus stop, Meadowbank station, Meadowbank ferry wharf, shops, cafes, gym, doctors, post office

I work in health and disability services full-time during the week. On the weekends I mix it up between being out and about eating, exploring or having time in reading a book or watching TV. Also enjoy listening to music. Trying (rather unsuccessfully) to get back into running. Like a mix of quiet time but also up for a chat if you'd like!
I don't smoke or have any pets.
I'd like to find a reliable housemate who is clean (a bit of clutter is ok) and friendly. Looking forward to meeting you :)
