About the property
Hello! There’s one furnished room available for rent from the 8th of Feb in my cozy, top-floor apartment. It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, and the bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and a built in wardrobe. (I’ll upload more photos soon!). The bathroom is shared with me, a clean and respectful 24 y.o. man.

🚞10min bus ride (2km) to West Ryde train station
The rent is $320/wk which includes electricity and water bills, unlimited wifi, and use of the washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, blender, etc. I’ve also got a spare set of cutlery, plates/bowls, and a few frypans.
There’s usually street parking and sometimes visitor parking (which residents use in the evenings).

During the week I’m a scientist, testing water, soil, and air quality, while on the weekend I like outdoor adventuring, learning new recipes, hanging out with friends, or relaxing to music/movies. I like to share meals if the timing works out, otherwise I’m not fussed with eating alone. It’s good to keep the house clean, but we should be able to get along well if I’m living with you so that the good times are great and any issues can be resolved with equal compromises.
