About the property
The apartment is in a really great quiet location, leafy, gorgeous neighbours and animal friendly building. Lovely grounds and a rooftop garden on the adjoining building. Great views to the city too (amazingly!). Mostly walking options for Ferry, Bus and Train. Transport is good and we're close to Top Ryde.
The apartment is dog friendly, and we have a doggie door out to the balcony. We don't mind cats, but one of us is allergic so unfortunately that doesn't work!
We've always been inner west people, but we couldn't afford to buy there. After 7 years we've loved living in this area. We go for daily walks to the river and a lovely walk around with a great community. It's got great views, great birdlife all around us (including a visiting Kookaburra from time to time) and has decent storage too. With a car space. That's probably what excited us the most when we first moved here from Rozelle :)

About the flatmates
My husband and I purchased this apartment off the plan about 7 years ago. We've been the only occupants and have recently moved to base ourselves out of central NSW. We're a pretty easy going couple in our 50's who enjoying time at home, good food, good wine and hanging out with our friends.
We are both working people, who love animals! (especially dogs) and need to return to Sydney every second week for work. We however work from an office during the day so basically we'll be around very little! Therefore, we're looking to rent out the main bedroom, ensuite, with the new flatmate essentially having the rest of the house to themselves much of the time. We are including the underground car space and storage cage in the rent also.
